Important: Tamilzo currently only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. We do not collect or store any payment card information, bank account details, UPI IDs, wallet information, or any other financial data.

5. Account Deletion and Data Removal

5.1 How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Tamilzo account at any time directly through the app:

  1. Open the Tamilzo app and log in to your account
  2. Go to your Account/Profile section
  3. Select "Delete Account" option
  4. Confirm your decision

5.2 What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in
  • Your personal information (name, phone number, addresses) is anonymized and removed from active systems
  • You will no longer receive communications from us
  • Your order history and personal profile will no longer be accessible

5.3 Data Retention After Deletion

While we delete or anonymize your personal information, we may retain certain non-identifiable information for legitimate purposes including:

  • Legal Compliance: As required by applicable laws and regulations (e.g., tax records, transaction logs)
  • Fraud Prevention: Anonymized data to prevent fraud and abuse of our services

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have pending orders, please wait until they are completed before deleting your account.

The Tamilzo Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18:

  • You must use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
  • Your parent or guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf
  • They are responsible for all activities conducted through the account

If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18 without proper parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
